The support for DECT phones will be attractive to companies where staff are constantly on the move, but still need access to back office functions such as voice mail, auto attendant and company address books. TTS (Text-to-Speech) functionality, provided as part of Swyxware, will allow roaming users or field based staff the ability to have their emails read over the phone, saving time and money, and making them more responsive to customers.
