Rubberduck Media Lab, the mobile TV and video streaming service of The Mobile Media Company, is enabling the BBC’s international news and information channel as the only non-Norwegian news network to be included in Telenor’s line-up. Subscribers can see BBC World’s full output on their phones, with comprehensive hourly news bulletins plus award-winning current affairs, documentary and lifestyle series.

BBC World has an estimated weekly global audience of 59m people and is ranked higher than any competitor in terms of authority and impartiality among Europe’s opinion-leaders . One-third of the most influential Europeans watch weekly ; BBC World is the only channel whose audience has grown among affluent Europeans in each of the past ten years .

As well as delivering live television programming to mobile devices, such as that from BBC World, Rubberduck also enables for Telenor the delivery of on-demand multi-media content.
