“Call Filter” service allows subscribers to block incoming calls from certain numbers identified in the Black List or block all calls except the calls coming from the numbers entered into White List. “Call Filter” also provides personalization of the announcements including ‘Out of Coverage’, ‘Busy’, ‘Rejected’, ‘Non-existent subscriber’ which will be played to the caller if the call is blocked. The subscribers of this service will be informed about the received blocked calls via SMS Notification. The option to divert the blocked calls to another number is also provided to subscribers. Subscribers can provision the service and manage their lists over self-provisioning channels; USSD, SMS, Customer Care and Web.
