Middle East Management Center, which is Middle-eastern branch of Management Center Turkey, has become the referred bidder of the tender called by Saudi Arabian Council of Ministers in order to provide adaptation of its administrators to the environment of competition, as a part of the process initiated by privatization of telecom on the year 1998.
Saudi Telecom is ranged as the largest telecom company of the region and the 3rd largest company of Saudi Arabia with its turnover worth of 8 billion dollars and 25.000 employees.
Management Center Turkey and its Middle-eastern branch Middle East Management Center will run a program for improving leadership and high level management skills of middle and high leveled managers of Saudi Telecom Company during the period of privatization of telecom and competence, for the following two years. The program will have unitary structure on subjects; Efficiency Based Leadership Advancement Program, Management Advancement program, Internal Efficient Communication in Corporation, 3600 Evaluation and individual coaching.
Alper Utku, Chairman of Management Center Turkey, made a speech about the achieved agreement stating that MCT, in situation of center for 4 MEMC offices in Middle-east and Africa, performs 425 training courses and conferences per year average, and “Every year 7.500 managers participate the training courses organized by us. MCT consultants render the training courses in Turkey, which is the most intensive of all, Middle East, Northern Africa and Turkish Republics” he said.
