Although newly established in January 2005, RingRingRing Stockholm AB is rapidly becoming a major player in the Swedish call centre market winning prestigious contracts with companies such as Falck Partner, part of the security giant Group 4. SkandiaBanken, a leading internet bank in Sweden, has agreed to test Ringringring’s new revolutionary telemarketing methods. The company was founded by young entrepreneurs Patrik Bergquist and Marvin Mansour who with the help of Amcat technology have ambitions to grow their operation to over 200 seats
by the end of next year.

According to Bergquist the Nordic call centre market is less mature than
other markets such as the UK, but he believes that RingRingRing Stockholm
AB is now in a perfect position to take a leading role as one of key

poor reputation and we want to prove that it is possible to deliver top
quality both for our customers and our customers’ customers. Amcat
