London UK, July 21, 2015 — The Linux Foundation, the nonprofit organization dedicated to accelerating the growth of Linux and collaborative development, today announced that CloudLinux, MariaDB, and Solace Systems will be joining the organization.
Linux dominates most of today’s IT infrastructure, from cloud computing to mobile and embedded development, web-scale computing and more. New Linux Foundation members, working together with numerous individuals, are critical to advancing Linux and open source software to support this massive, global technology foundation. These new corporate memberships, combined with The Linux Foundation’s individual membership drive underway through August 8, 2015, is making the effort to promote, protect and advance Linux and collaborative development stronger than ever.
