Based in Covent Garden, The Garden Pharmacy started trading online with Actinic in 1999. Web sales account for 40% of its £3.5 million annual turnover, and have increased by 35% in the last year. The new system, based on the Multi-user Version of Actinic Business, will allow up to ten networked PCs to process online and offline orders simultaneously. The new system saves about four hours of work a day, i.e. about half a member of
staff.
