13th JANUARY 2015: Red Stack Tech, the global Oracle technology brand has today announced the acquisition of Database Specialists, Gridwise based in Krakow, Poland. The transaction means Gridwise will form part of a group that owns two leading global Oracle technology brands, e-DBA Ltd and 3sixty-analytics.
The two leading UK Oracle Partners formerly operated under the holding company, Red Stack Technology Ltd however; the group recently launched a rebranding initiative that merged the companies under the new Red Stack Tech brand.
The acquisition of Gridwise is a strategic win for Red Stack Tech. The 11 year old company is a leading Oracle Partner in Poland with a profitable and healthy database business averaging 50% annual growth. The company is also ideally situated in Krakow, Poland – the IT hub of Europe’s fastest growing economy which makes it the perfect platform for Red Stack Tech to build from as it continues its expansion into emerging markets.
Becoming part of the Red Stack Tech brand will enable Gridwise to complement the wide range of products and service capabilities already provided by Platinum Oracle Partner e-DBA Ltd and Business Intelligence specialists 3sixty-analytics. Combining the skills, knowledge and technologies of the three companies under the Red Stack Tech brand will ensure customers benefit from a full end-to-end solution focusing on the Oracle stack and will also facilitate higher levels of service and a wider range of products and service capabilities.
