Until now, asynchronous non-clocked Packet Networks were not able to cater

It preserves the ‘B’ channels and all the signalling and data performance characteristics required by ISDN, and provides total transparency to the user. “This is the first system to enable clear clocked-locked ISDN to run over IP,” explained Paul Strawbridge, Managing Director at Patapsco Communications. “It is an ideal solution for organisations that rely on ISDN devices, such as Brent phones and other cryptographic products. PacketBand enables migration to new IP networks, yet still keeping secure legacy systems.
