Osman Çelik, The President of Mobinex Project and Work Development, introduced their project in the University of Bosphorus to the media said that subscribers of the other operators would also use Chatin since there is no dependence of any operators. The new software, following the presentation meeting held yesterday, is opened to the free use of mobile phone subscribers.
The users accessing internet with GPRS technology providing connection to the virtual world via their mobile phones, send e-mail, photograph, audio, text files to other uses.
