Mandy Kloppers, a qualified Psychologist and Psychotherapist has been answering questions from the general public for the past 18 months on problems ranging from relationship issues, mental health disorders, depression and anxiety to stress related concerns.
The advice column provides free information and resources to the public and has helped many people resolve their issues. At the very least, Mandy has set them in the right direction in order to get the help they need.
Unlike most newspaper and magazine columns that select only a few dilemmas to answer, Mandy replies to every question. There are very few opportunities to have a qualified mental health professional at your ‘fingertips’ who provides free and accurate advice and information.
