London, UK – 30th August 2012 – Seal Software and Dolphin Software Limited, a provider of solutions to discover, capture, extract and manage contracts, today announced that it has successfully deployed Dolphin Contract Manager to help a large, North American, non-profit healthcare organisation better manage their growing volume of contracts.
With a geographically distributed workforce, many local, national and international suppliers and a raft of research and other projects, the organisation’s Procurement and Legal departments create around 2,000 new contracts each year. Adding in other contract originators, the overall contract landscape was becoming increasingly complex, time consuming to manage and did little to aid collaboration.
