The 6th International Gaming Awards (IGA) raised money for charity and celebrated excellence in style!
A busy week for the gambling industry got under way in style in London 4 February as the igaming and offline gaming community rubbed shoulders, clinked glasses and celebrated their overachievers at the 6th International Gaming Awards.
There’s nothing quite like the atmosphere at the Brewery in London on the night of the International Gaming Awards . Through thick times and thin, the great and the good of the gaming world turn out to celebrate excellence in our wonderful industry, network with their peers and aspire to one day join the winners on stage.
The glittering Gala Awards dinner held at the Brewery venue on 4 February 2013 in support of Care International charity and Responsible Gambling Trust. Attended by most influential professionals of the Gaming industry from Landbased and iGaming companies and supported by generous sponsors.
IGA guests had a chance to Win Chopard “Happy Diamonds” necklace via charity raffle sponsored by Mr Green and been entertained by fabulous Gipsy Kings songs and dancers.
Successful operators, brands and gaming equipment manufacturers demonstrated true imagination, creativity and – especially – effectiveness to impress the judges. The awards are decided after an exceptionally rigorous judging process conducted by the most senior movers and shakers in the gaming industry industry.
Clever Duck Media Ltd is delighted to announce that Jez San OBE received the award for Outstanding Contribution to the Gaming Industry. The International Gaming Awards highest honour, the Outstanding Contribution Award, is given to an individual for their truly outstanding achievements. Amongst the winners were some great examples of impressive companies including PokerStars as Poker operator of the year, William Hill as Mobile operator of the year, Aspers Group UK as Socially Responsible operator of the Year and Galaxy Entertainment Group as Best Asian operator.
